Dance Fire Studio & Fitness is truly one of a kind.
From our unique atmosphere to our state-of-the-art wooden floors, everything was carefully thought through in order to give our students the best possible experience.
Dance Fire Studio & Fitness was founded in 2017 by Natalia O'Connor Vlad and Florin Vlad.
They took the Capital District by storm and after a few years of teaching independently they decided to open a state of the art studio that will deliver the highest level of dance instruction as well as a variety of fitness classes suited for everyone.
