Located in Bethalto, Illinois, The Studio by Kat Wilson is a positive, welcoming environment where toddlers and teens learn the technical foundations of dance and have fun while they're doing it! Our students work toward a wide range of goals, from learning the basics of ballet, tap, jazz/funk and hip-hop to giving award-winning performances at national dance competitions.
Whether they want a creative outlet for extra energy or aspire to dance in college and beyond, all students feel at home in The Studio. All students perform in our annual Spring Recital and we perform at local and national competitions throughout the year. Incorporates fun and creative ways to teach children the basic fundamentals of dance and tumbling.
Children must be at least 3 years old and potty trained to join this dance class. Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Kat Wilson earned her Bachelor of Arts in Dance, with a concentration in jazz, from Point Park University. She has been performing and teaching within the dance community for nearly 20 years.
