Saturdays at Dancin' Dance are our nights to let our hair down.
We have plenty of refreshments, music, and friends to end your week right!
Occasionally, our Saturday Parties also have a theme, costume contests, raffles for free lessons and other prizes, and more!

Showcases

Held twice per year, our showcases provide our students with a fun-filled afternoon to display their dancing skills and experience the glamor of the ballroom.
Students perform either with an instuctor or an amateur partner.
Additionally, students also have the opportunity to perform choreographed routines to a specific song.
Ask your instructor if you would like to create a special dance for an upcoming showcase!
At the end of the evening, a semi-formal dinner is available for both our students and spectators, which is followed by an award presentation and a pro show, put on by our very own instructors!

Ballroom competitions are exciting venues to test your dancing skills and experience the glitz of classic ballroom.
Similar to our showcases, entrants can compete in single dances, multi-dance challenges for prizes, and choreographed exhibition dances, in which the highest scoring couples in each division are awarded trophies.
Entrants can also compete as amateur couples or with an instructor.
Spectators are also permitted at many competitive events.
Competitions also offer a wealth of other activities to round out your ballroom getaway, which may include: delectible dinners catered by the hotel facility, seminars given by competitive ballroom pros, and exhibitions performed by special guest pro dancers.

Under the direction of Heidi and Dickie, Dancin' Dance has recently started a team of our amateur students to put on group performances for special events.
Students dance together in choreographed routines, featuring multiple couple couples on the floor at once.
The team made their debut in the spring of 2019 during a fundraise for Nana's House, which benefits foster children.
In the future, the team has plans to participate in additional charity events, studio showcases, and ballroom competitions.
